My Services

Birth Doula Services

I offer a sliding scale of $500–$1500 for birth doula services using a “green bottle” model.

The goal is to make doula care more accessible while also honoring the value of my time and energy.
I invite you to choose a rate within this range that reflects your financial situation—no explanation needed.

As a general guideline:

Choose the higher end if you have stable income, savings, or access to generational wealth

Choose the lower end if you’re experiencing financial strain or systemic barriers

Many clients find a middle amount that feels fair and manageable

Overnight Postpartum Support

Serving Atlanta, Gwinnett & DeKalb County Families

Overnight care allows you to fully rest while I care for your baby and support your recovery.

Overnight shifts are 8–10 hours in your home.

During the night, I provide:

  • Responsive newborn care (feeding, burping, diapering, soothing)

  • Bottle preparation, washing, and sanitizing

  • Breastfeeding support and latch assistance (bringing baby to you and settling baby afterward)

  • Support with pumping routines

  • Gentle sleep shaping support

  • Monitoring baby’s cues and rhythms

  • Light baby-related tidying

  • Emotional reassurance during night wakings

  • Birth story processing if needed

  • Laundry

  • Meal prep

This is fourth trimester support designed around rest. Before I leave, I gently prepare your home for the day ahead — fresh baby laundry folded, bottles clean, and simple nourishment ready so you can wake up supported instead of scrambling.

Why Overnight Postpartum Support Matters

Sleep deprivation is one of the biggest challenges new parents face. Strategic overnight help can dramatically improve your physical healing, emotional well-being, and overall confidence.

Benefits for Parents

Deeper, uninterrupted sleep
Even one or two full nights of quality sleep per week can reduce anxiety, brain fog, and overwhelm.

Reduced risk of postpartum mood challenges
Consistent rest supports mental health during the hormonal shifts of the early postpartum weeks.

Faster physical recovery
Sleep is when your body heals — especially after birth, surgery, or long labor.

Confident newborn care skills
You’ll wake up to a baby who has been thoughtfully cared for — and you’ll have guidance and answers to questions that came up overnight.

Emotional reassurance
Nighttime is when worries feel loudest. You’ll have a calm, experienced presence in your home.

A supported household rhythm
Parents can be more present with older children and partners during the day when they’re not running on fumes.
